Product Owner (Pathology) Salary: £40-55k 9 day fortnight
We are working with a leading healthcare software company in Northern Ireland to recruit for a Product Owner with experience within the pathology domain.
Role Responsibilities
Develop product development backlog and manage product lifecycle.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Assist in defining product vision and collaborate with engineering.
Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Promote a high-performance company culture.
Role Responsibilities
Understand clinical needs and workflows in pathology laboratories.
Manage product backlog and prioritize based on strategy and objectives.
Oversee development stages and refine processes.
Anticipate client needs and address them proactively.
Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and teams.
Evaluate product progress and make necessary judgments.
Assist Product Manager and Market teams in defining product vision and roadmap.
Represent team and company in product demos and act as product ambassador.
Perform other reasonable duties as required.
Skills Requirements Essential
Excellent knowledge of healthcare IT, especially in histology/cellular pathology.
Experience in complex environments and interacting with stakeholders.
Experience in medical devices industry.
Degree (or equivalent) in technical, business, or science.
Desirable
3 years of relevant product owner experience.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching products.
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO13485, IEC 62304, and ISO27001.
