Get in Touch

You’re on the 9-5 work grind and you have no time to make tasty lunches. Instead, you end up with a sad lunch or going out or checking what’s left in the vending machine. Sound familiar?

Eating smart - meaning healthy and inexpensive – doesn’t have to be a big challenge and certainly doesn’t have to take up all your free time.

It’s actually one very simple concept, and that’s planning ahead and understanding the basics of nutrition.

To help us get to grips with how to balance our work lives with nutrition, Enso recruitment are partnering with Jamie Wright , Head coach and owner of Balance Nutrition to learn about:

• The importance of routine and regular meals during the working day

• How to build a healthy lunchbox

• The importance of context in food choice

• The importance of routine and a template planner

• How to build a healthy balanced meal

• And why you might be craving those pesky chocolate bars during the day

So, join us on Thursday the 16th of September at 12:30pm for the second in the series of our Self-Care September workshops. It's, free, virtual and there are 100 spaces available!
