Enso Recruitment is currently working with a brand-new US FDI organisation that has recently set up in Belfast.
This is a well-established global business that has been operating for over 60 years in the technology manufacturing and engineering sector in the US and is now setting up a new site in Belfast to focus on leading transformational programs and projects within their business.
We are looking for a Workday Analyst to be part of a team supporting our clients global HR function. This position will have a key role in delivering fand supporting HR’s transformation initiatives on Workday and other applications.
You will tackle challenging and unique situations on a daily basis and will interact with multiple stakeholders spanning all teams within the company.
What does your day-to-day look like?
Provide project and production support for Workday Learning or Workday Reporting modules as well as further modules as the platform evolves
Collate high quality business requirements from stakeholders and/or teams within the organization while providing consultative feedback which includes best practice approaches to drive toward optimal solutions
Configure, test and document changes and updates to end product in line with agreed business requirements
Exhibit Workday functional experience with a focus on Workday Learning module
Build strong partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional global/virtual teams and business partners
Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast moving, high volume environment while effectively managing time, prioritizing assignments and working within deadlines
Who are we looking for?
2-4 years’ experience working in Workday modules
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Proven experience in working with the business to understand challenges, converting those challenges into requirements and in turn taking those requirements architecting a solution and implementing the solution
Ability to learn new IT tools and systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization
Nice to have
Experience with Workday Reporting Learning, HCM or Security is ideal
Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP or other cloud-based HCM solutions
