Nisos is is a leading Threat Intelligence Company who are on a mission to build a team here in Belfast who will be responsible for the design and development of a new range of products to be used in the threat intelligence industry.
They are recruiting for a number of roles that will help with various product developments they have in the pipeline while helping to support the wider global team as they grow.
Their tech-enabled services enable some of the world’s largest companies to defend themselves against and more effectively respond to advanced cyber-attacks, disinformation, and abuse of digital platforms.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and respected organisation during a period of fantastic growth. Although well established in the US, you will be joining a team here in Belfast who are currently in 'Start-up' mode as they start to prepare for various greenfield projects over the coming months.
After being established around 6 years ago, our client's team has grown to about 60 (In the US) and they have plans to add a further 6-10 employees to their Belfast site in the coming months.
In this role, you will contribute to the development, deployment and integration of new technology products for the company. Your duties will include overseeing the various stages of product development and collaborating with the development team. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and supervising a team of developers.
The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership skills and extensive experience in technical program management.
- Site Leadership

- Track processes across several teams, including renewal schedules, vendor discussions, and vendor actions items
- Translate product requirements
- Build project plans
- Evaluate build or buy solutions
- Monitor delivery schedule and communicate status to senior leadership.
- Act as a mentor for your team
- Be an advocate for the adoption of new technologies
- Technical management
Who You Are:
You will be an experienced technology leader who is proficient in software product engineering, deployment, and integration. You will have advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development with experience conducting agile software development, including running standups and sprint planning meetings.
You will be a true technical leader for the Belfast site who promotes best practices across each team. You will be an experienced leader in the product development space with a passion for creating high performing software applications while staying ahead of the technology curve and always promoting the latest tech.
Where You’ll Work:
Initially, the Belfast team will work remotely. When conditions permit, our client plan to open their office in Belfast where you can work from. A hybrid model of home working will be expected as well.
Salary: £85,000 – £110,000
