Position Overview:
As a Tech Lead specializing in .NET and Angular technologies, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of software products. You will spearhead a team of talented developers, providing technical guidance, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of .NET and Angular-based software solutions.
Architecture and Design: Define the architecture, design patterns, and best practices for scalable and maintainable software development.
Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and overall code quality. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills development. Provide guidance on complex technical issues and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in development processes, tools, and technologies.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development. Apply new knowledge to improve existing systems and drive innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in software development using .NET and Angular frameworks.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience in conducting code reviews, implementing quality assurance processes, and ensuring code scalability and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions.
Experience in the legal-tech industry or familiarity with legal processes and terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Angular Certification) are advantageous.
