Talent Acquisition Specialist
Due to unprecedented demand from clients and to support rapid growth and expansion a client of mine have an opportunity for a talented recruiter to join their expanding HR Team in a newly created role.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an exciting addition to their Business Support Team and will play an important role in supporting my client's ambitious growth plans.
My client are a people focused organisation and they work hard to create and sustain our culture. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company and will have a strong understanding of their vision whilst maintaining an excellent recruitment experience.
The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing and pipelining the very best professional talent in the market focusing on an array of roles at different levels, ranging from graduate level through to experienced hires. As this is a newly established role you have the unique opportunity to be creative and take the role in the direction in which you think it needs to go. To ensure that the needs of the Company are met typical responsibilities and tasks will include (but are not limited to):
·Proactively source active and passive candidates using innovative approaches
·Manage the full life-cycle process of recruitment, ensuring candidates receive a positive experience through clear, honest and consistent communication.
·Liaise with key stakeholders to embed policy and process, delivering training when appropriate
·Promote the brand through liaison with schools and universities for placement opportunities, graduate recruitment and graduate programmes
·Advise leadership and Implement the best attraction methods for specific roles
·Build relationships with agencies and manage the agency usage
·Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop employment branding initiatives with the creation of recruitment campaigns and brand awareness activity
·Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure salary and benefits are competitive
·Support an efficient onboarding process
·Ensure fair employment guidance is adhered to and any monitoring returns / Article 55 reviews are accurately completed on time
·Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvements
·Review current processes In relation to recruitment and develop and Implement any recommended changes
The Ideal Candidate:
·Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a busy recruitment environment.
·Knowledgeable in current employment legislation related to recruitment, including GDPR
·Sourcing experience within professional services particularly in Insurance or InsurTech / FinTech sectors
·Highly organised with experience of managing multiple recruitment campaigns in a busy environment
·Enthusiastic, approachable and delivery focused.
·Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet business requirements
