We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the performance of services provided to clients in accordance with agreed contracts and ensure that service levels are consistently met.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to coordinate the delivery of services to key enterprise customers.
Resolve complex technical and business problems, impacting technical and financial results.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring contract compliance and addressing queries effectively.
Ensure that Service Levels align with contractual deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
Establish contractor assignment milestones and performance checkpoints.
Attend periodic reviews with customers to identify and implement service improvements.
Facilitate a prompt response to customer requirements, meeting their expectations.
Work alongside Account Managers in Managed Service contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Efficiently schedule technical resources to provide adequate coverage for project work and customer support.
Provide assistance in planning and designing new solutions.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner organizations.
Contribute to the development of the company's internal systems and customer base.
Undertake additional duties as required, maintaining the general character and level of responsibility of the role.
Qualifications: Essential Criteria:
Prior service delivery experience.
Experience in staff management.
High-level awareness of Infrastructure technologies and their capabilities within an Enterprise environment.
Strong articulation and communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical terms and definitions to non-technical personnel.
Keen attention to detail.
Customer advocacy mindset.
ITILv3 foundation certification.
Proficiency in report writing.
Enthusiastic and committed.
Interest in Continual Service Improvement.
Assertive without being aggressive.
Strong team player.
Exceptional multitasking skills.
