Enso Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our forward-thinking client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success account management & selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by selling SaaS products to healthcare organizations, expanding into new regions, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling into new sectors.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships whilst continuing to open new business.


  • Identifying high priority target accounts in a new marketplace.
  • Identifying key decision makers via researching accounts and generating interest using specific value messaging.
  • Qualifying, pursuing, and closing new business sales opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product by focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition.
  • Driving new product sales and delivering against revenue targets.
  • Working with marketing team to further drive lead generation and awareness.
  • Working with technical and executive team members in complex sales scenarios.
  • Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our ROI.
  • Documenting plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in a CRM system.


  • At least 5 years’ experience of selling business or enterprise software and generating new business.
  • Ability to act as a ‘hunter’ for new business generation.
  • Experience of selling complex solutions on a B2B basis.
  • Proven experience of effective qualification skills.
  • Ability to prioritise potential customers within a large and complex market.
  • A ’natural’ in developing relationships and learning more through professional questioning.
  • Able to research, create and then effectively deliver a personalised value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.


  • Base Salary - £50,000
  • Commission Structure – 100% OTE
