Out client is a rapidly expanding software development company based in Belfast. They pride themselves on innovative solutions, client-centric approach, and a dynamic team culture. Due to their continued growth, they are now hiring for Sales Executives for their team.

The Role
As Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking and prospecting.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, with the ability to effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
