Enso Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with an established software house renowned for delivering innovative software. We are currently in search of a dynamic Product Owner to join the team and spearhead the development of new and existing software products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be immersed in both existing and new greenfield software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a comprehensive product vision that resonates with company objectives and addresses market needs.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and internal teams, to gather precise requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to guarantee that user needs and expectations are meticulously integrated into the product development process.
• Collaborate with development teams to meticulously plan and prioritize tasks for each sprint, ensuring timely and iterative product releases.
• Act as a conduit between development squads, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and synchronized communication.
• Partner with quality assurance teams to define precise acceptance criteria and ensure that delivered features meet the highest quality standards.
• Gather valuable user feedback through comprehensive testing, surveys, and direct interactions to consistently refine and enhance the product.
• Be an enthusiastic advocate for the product, both internally and externally, showcasing its unique value and advantages.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity within a software development environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with project management and task tracking tools.
• Previous exposure to software development, design, or quality assurance is advantageous.
• Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus.
