Our client is on a mission to improve the way software assets and packages are managed and their Cloud-Native approach truly sets them aside from the competition. You will join an experienced team of who are utilising the best technologies to create a world leading continuous packaging platform.
As Product Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new features to market. Furthermore, you will be an embedded member of our client’s product team, ensuring engineering, product, and user experience are all aligned toward the same goals.
Work with product leadership to build a strategy and roadmap for your team
Meet with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and constraints
Develop expertise in their industry, customers, and competition to become someone our cross-functional teams can rely on for leadership and knowledge
Understand technical requirements to complete new initiatives and ensure the development team is set up for successful delivery
Successfully manage the full product development lifecycle - from understanding user needs to ideation, definition, development, and delivery of innovative solutions
Partner with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and content
Assess product market data and stay on top of changes in the market by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years in an agile product environment with 2+ years of experience on software and/or developer platforms
Team player with proven ability to deliver products from inception to adoption
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information
Ability to analyse, assess, and derive insights from data
Familiarity with critical concepts in DevOps, and an excitement about solving problems for DevOps customers is preferred but not essential for success
