Penetration Tester Lead

Enso Recruitment is delighted to be helping to recruit for a Penetration Tester Lead role for a multi-function, diverse Cyber Security Team in Belfast. This award-winning company’s Cyber Security Team plays a crucial part within the organisation.

As a Penetration Tester Lead, you will lead, plan and execute penetration testing operations; helping with directing the threat hunt strategy and activities. Along with assisting to find vulnerabilities across application, network, mobile, wireless and cloud.

The Role

• Help to lead a growing Belfast based Penetration team
• Maintain responsibility for executing tests; including reporting findings, configurating tools and maintenance of testing platforms
• Assist with performing manual and automated penetration testing
• Take leadership of the team, assisting with creating fantastic penetration testers
• Give expert feedback and support to team members
• Be a leader in targeted operations including, but not limited to planning, coping, reconnaissance and execution

Who You Are

• 5 + years experience in penetration testing
• Experience and knowledge of automated and manual penetration testing tools and technologies
• Experience and knowledge of evasion strategies
• Ability to maintain tools and testing infrastructure
• Proven leadership experience with a passion for coaching and mentoring team members
