Enso Recruitment is delighted to be partnered exclusively with one of Belfast’s most exciting start-ups, to recruit for the pivotal role of Level-2 Customer Support Engineer.

 

Our client is on a mission to improve the way software assets and packages are managed and their Cloud-Native approach truly sets them aside from the competition. You will join an experienced team of engineers who are utilising the best technologies to create a world leading continuous packaging platform.

 

As a Level 2 Customer Support Engineer, you will play a huge part in our client’s success whilst working across their entire business, from sales, to product and engineering. This is a technical role that requires someone who is comfortable at the command prompt and has experience working with APIs, workflows, tasks, and interfaces (UI/CLI); all while keeping performance, usability, maintainability, and security in mind.

 

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role in which you will be expected to become an expert in our client’s platform whilst identifying bugs, prioritising fixes, and analysing the technical asks of their systems. You will have autonomy to refine their process whilst providing world-class engineering support.

 

The Person

  • Proven technical background
  • Experience of modern software applications
  • Experience of software workflows and approaches to prioritise tasks
  • Experience with API's, software provisioning, upgrades, and deployment
  • Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques
  • Knowledge of modern cloud platforms e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Analytical mind and business acumen
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
