You will join an experienced team of engineers who are utilising the best technologies to create a world leading continuous packaging platform.
As a Level 2 Customer Support Engineer, you will play a huge part in our client’s success whilst working across their entire business, from sales, to product and engineering. This is a technical role that requires someone who is comfortable at the command prompt and has experience working with APIs, workflows, tasks, and interfaces (UI/CLI); all while keeping performance, usability, maintainability, and security in mind.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role in which you will be expected to become an expert in our client’s platform whilst identifying bugs, prioritising fixes, and analysing the technical asks of their systems. You will have autonomy to refine their process whilst providing world-class engineering support.
