Your Role
We specialise in IT Recruitment. That means we cover everything from Software Engineering and Cyber Security to Project Managers and CTO’s. Your role as a Recruitment Consultant is multi-faceted and it includes a broad range of activities:
Candidate Sourcing: finding and engaging the best candidates in the market for your live roles
Account Management: developing established relationships with your clients to build long-term, successful partnerships
Candidate management: building long term, trusted relationships with the candidates you know in the market
Business Development: engaging new companies to forge new successful relationships
Recruitment Marketing: using social media to promote your personal brand, your live roles, your clients, and your candidates to the market
Recruitment Administration: ensuring you are effective at updating information in our recruitment systems
Working to Revenue Targets: ensure you are meeting and exceeding your agreed revenue targets on a consistent basis
What are we looking for?
Our preference would be for candidates to have a background in recruitment although those in Sales or other customer facing sectors would be considered - you just need to have the desire and motivation to succeed, sell, be consultative and have the ability to influence customers. We are also interested in candidates who might have directly worked in the tech sector – if you’re currently working in IT have you considered a career in IT recruitment?

Self-motivated and able to drive your sales performance to consistently achieve targets
The ability to build successful relationships with clients and candidates
Strong written & verbal communication skills and computer literate
You take pride in and value your personal brand within the industry
