IT Administrator

In this role, you will help boost their portfolio of key clients and build strategic partnerships, using your expertise to identify and execute innovative ways to qualify, engage, and close clients, whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of IT roles, including helpdesk support, systems administration, and network administration. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and managing our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

• Experience managing company assets, laptops etc.
• Provide helpdesk support to employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems.
• Administer our IT systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
• Manage our network infrastructure.
• Stay up to date on the latest IT trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT administration.
• Systems Administration experience for small to mid-sized enterprises.
• Knowledge of email system configuration, security, and troubleshooting with the ability to manage TLS, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and perform routing investigations.
• Experience with network administration.
