Inside Sales Representative

Enso Recruitment are excited to be working with one of NI's largest software product houses during a large recruitment drive for their thriving sales team in Belfast. We are currently on the lookout for FOUR talented inside sales representatives with a passion for new logo hunting and fostering relationships with some of the worlds largest brands. 

The Client
Our client is a household name in the world of technology. Their product base is massive and has been developed over 30+ years in business. As a member of the sales team, you can be assured that there will be a live product in their portfolio that will solve a problem for your prospect. 

The Role 
Your role is a new logo hunting role, not account management.

The main goal of the Inside Sales Executive position is to assist clients in using information to expand more quickly and operate more effectively in a world that is becoming more and more digital. You will support clients in evolving and transforming their companies to become market competitors.

• Prospecting and locating important decision-makers in the accounts that are being targeted.
• Establishing and cultivating new connections to directly increase sales.
• Acting as the primary point of contact, but more significantly, successfully pitch to and work with both new and current clients.
• A creative problem-solver who is quick to spot possibilities for development and potential that others might overlook.
• Cooperate with Partners to expand their clientele through sales.
• To achieve your sales goals, leverage software technology tools.
• Exercising your creative faculties and investigating novel prospects and problems.
• Succeed in a demanding environment and be lifelong learners with a strong drive for success.
