Operating across the whole of UK and Ireland, our clients applications are used to help public and private healthcare practices run more efficiently. As an infrastructure engineer, you will support the organisations infrastructure from a security, networking and administration perspective.
This role is split into FOUR core components:
Infrastructure Engineering
System administration
Information Security
Documentation and Reporting
Required skills and experience:
2+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, and information security.
Proficiency in network design
Strong knowledge of Windows and some Linux server administration.
Experience with cloud platforms
Security expertise with vulnerability assessments and security tools.
Documentation skills for system configurations and Infrastructure procedures
Desired skills & experience:
Relevant Degree Qualification
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA).
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
Experience with encryption methods and secure network configurations.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery best practices.
Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
