Head of Product

We are looking for a Head of Product that’s interested in leading a high-level product team, with a great culture in an organisation that has grown incredibly over the course of the last 18 months.

The Role

As the product lead you will oversee the shaping of the proposals the company takes to market and define the methodology for the whole team. You will be responsible for:

• Building out the ever-growing product team
• Couch junior members of the company
• Own the go-to-market strategy

Your experience

• 5+ years’ experience working in Product.
• Experience building and leading a product team.
• Experience coaching on product methodologies.

• Experience in executing go-to-market strategies.
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies in multi-team agile environments.
• Ideally, experience working with system integrators and technology vendors.
• Ideally, experience working in a consulting capacity on client-based projects.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering against many conflicting priorities.
