We are working with a leading technology company to recruit for a Head of Operations.

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing operations and devising operational policies, setting strategic goals and driving operational efficiency and increased productivity.

The Role

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for operational activity.
• Contribute to strategic discussions across the entire company.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organisational goals.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of teams involved in production or operations and monitor performance improvements.
• Coordinate, manage, mentor and motivate the various staff.
• Identify opportunities for Improvement & manage the Operations team.
• Review product design, planning, control and performance improvement.
• Review the work of the Support team to oversee and ensure that customers are managed effectively.
• Stand in for the CEO when required for stakeholder meetings and briefings.
• Control operational budgets and financial data to improve profitability.

Required Experience

• 10+ years experience of managing at senior level both on an operational and strategic level.
• Direct input in the development of strategic plans, vision.
• Expert knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management of systems.
• Experience in development of operational systems, policies and procedures.
