Enso Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a local software and compliance consultancy company, to recruit for the fantastic entry level position of Client Services Co-Ordinator.  

As Client Services Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal part in the continued service and success of their wide range of clients. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact in all client interactions, with a focus on client satisfaction & retention.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate, or someone with professional experience, who is a strong communicator, well organised and has an eye for detail.

The Role

  • Ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service and excellent customer experience.
  • Provide solution focused positive outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients and effective service delivery.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, qualifying calls for new clients, deal with queries and providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor the company’s inbox and respond or pass on any enquiries.
  • Manage the client System - onboarding, follow up and assistance, creating accounts, sending login details, resetting passwords, creating certificates, managing annual renewals etc.  
  • Manage and record all client feedback and liaise with management, sales and marketing to ensure appropriate action, and use of information.
  • Maintain the CRM system including sales pipeline, including setting up opportunities, maintaining all client details, and reporting
  • Ensure work progresses efficiently through the pipeline ensuring all follow up tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Draft and implement contracts for clients.
  • Ensure Terms of Conditions and contracts are sent to clients in a timely manner, and ensure signed contracts are returned from clients.
  • Assist with finding opportunities for and the development of new products and services, collaborating with the wider team and providing timely support and information when required? 
  • Build strong relationships and provide excellent support to existing?and new?clients and create opportunities for future sales??? 
  • Identify marketing opportunities/ideas and collaborate with marketing team to execute 

The Skills

  • Previous experience working in a client or customer facing role
  • Be a team player but able to work on own initiative and independently when required
  • Have meticulous attention to detail
  • Be an excellent communicator on the telephone, via video calls and in-person.
  • Be proactive and motivated.
  • Be organised – able to prioritise tasks and answer customer enquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Be confident in using Microsoft Word /PowerPoint /Excel and can easily get to grips with new software/technology.

The Package

  • 30 days holiday (inc. statutory holidays)
  • Base Salary - £22,000 (increasing after successfully passing probation period)
