Enso Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will work with a passionate and driven team to develop innovative and award-winning software that addresses cybersecurity awareness in the global market.

This role will entail device onboarding and offboarding of staff, assisting staff with their software, hardware and network issues, networking testing and maintenance, installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, hardware maintenance and support of computer systems.

You will also work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, business, and customer-focused teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the documentation, support, maintenance, and implementation of industry best practices as part of the internal IT Support team.

  • Providing prompt resolution of day-to-day issues related to user PCs, laptops, and other devices. (Win11/iOS)
  • Taking full ownership of Desktop responsibilities while based in our head office and delivering IT support to a distributed workforce across Europe.
  • Exposure to IT Ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Service Now, Freshdesk and others
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding tasks for users, including account setups, access configurations, and security as per company standards.
  • Conducting software installation, patch management, data import/export, system integration, and general system administration.
  • Supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conference rooms/systems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date self-help documents to empower employees to troubleshoot problems independently.
  • Producing detailed documentation of system administration tasks, processes and related knowledge.
  • Actively contribute to our change control processes
  • Identifying and implementing positive business changes, including new technology implementations and security adjustments.
  • Supporting technology for all hands/townhall meetings
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement environment where problems are identified and solved quickly
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers to ensure alignment and transparency.


  • 2 years’ experience in IT support
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows, and iOS.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with endpoint management systems like, Intune, SCCM, Jamf and Manage engine.
  • Experience with the setup, configuration, and support of network equipment.
  • Technical knowledge of installation and maintenance of personal computer hardware and printers.
  • Working knowledge of Local Area Network fault resolution.
  • Ability to autonomously troubleshoot difficult issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and/or automation.
