They have grown from strength to strength over a period of 10 years and the COO role will help to accelerate further planned growth within the organisation. Role Overview
Overseeing the operations of the marketing, sales, finance, customer service, technology and production areas
Oversee ongoing operations and procedures, reporting to the CEO
Identifying and setting tactical short-term performance and growth goals
Leading and motivating teams to increase performance and improve results
Measuring performance of teams, products and services and recommend improvement strategies
Reporting performance of the business to the board
Building and managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, partners and clients
Assisting the CEO with raising capital for the business
Creating an enabling work environment and positive company culture
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within SME tech company
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance or other relevant disciplines.
In-depth knowledge of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including experience of marketing, strategic planning and corporate finance
Ability to manage comprehensive budgets and business operations
Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in business development
Ability to work with data analysis tools, accounting software and industry-specific technologies
A good understanding of new and emerging technologies
Salary Package
Base Salary: £70-90k Negotiable
