Contract Operations Analyst
We are working with one of NI’s most prestigious technology organisations to recruit for a Contract Operations Analyst for their team.

The Role
Working across a number of strategic customers you will help to drive continued success providing business management insight from both an internal and external customer perspective – giving assurance to the customer that their contract is being effectively managed and providing the key reporting metrics internally and externally to facilitate decision making.
You will be responsible for the financial performance, service delivery and development of a number of large or strategically important contracts.

• Manging the overall performance of specified contracts, including the financial, service delivery, client and partner interfaces and development of contracts.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, typically at senior IT/Finance/Operations interface levels.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure the appropriate governance structures are aligned to contract requirements.
• Deliver contract commitments within cost targets, managing contract profit, and contract revenue growth.
• Support the Account team in delivery of the Account Plan.
• Travel to customer sites for meetings in NI.

Experience Required

• Experienced in all elements of managing major contracts, specifically management of a P&L, change control etc.
• Accountable for the P&L performance of strategically important contracts
• Experience of building budgets / target outcomes and tracking against performance.
• Experience in managing financial / commercial aspects of customer and / or contract management.
