Commercial Lead:  Enterprise Software

Enso Recruitment has been exclusively retained by a leading Irish IT Software Consultancy Organisation to recruit for a Commercial Lead to head up their enterprise software business development team.

Headquartered in Dublin, our client is continuing to experience explosive growth commercial lead you will own all the business development activities, as well as providing day to day management of the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance to team members and customers alike.

We are looking for a seasoned business development leader with an established network of private sector relationships with key decision makers and C-level executives. a

The position will operate as a hybrid working role with a mix of remote and on-site engagement. If you want to run your own show within a World Class organisation, read on!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and direct the strategic management of the enterprise business
  • Grow the pipelines through marketing and sales
  • Enhance the sales processes and directly assist in selling and closing opportunities
  • Initiate strategic opportunities at large accounts and own the sales cycle for these
  • Provide leadership to the team, helping to ensure that the team is performing at its best and that customers are satisfied
  • Manage the Business Development team to develop and execute a strong business development plan
  • Building strong personal and trusting relationships with clients
  • Working with the Bid Team to manage the preparation of client proposals and solutions

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree +
  • 7+ years of selling Enterprise Solutions or financial systems or systems integration to enterprise customers
  • 5+ years of experience in leading commercial teams – helping them to help themselves.
  • Strong communication skills; strong selling, negotiating and closing skills
  • Highly motivated and ambitious

 

Salary Package

  • Base salary: €130,000-€150,000 (Salary over this range may be possible for the right candidate)
  • Commission: Circa €150,000 (against agreed deliverables)
