Enso recruitment is currently hiring for a dynamic Cloud Architect to take charge of Azure infrastructure inside one of Belfast’s most innovative companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft, execute, and oversee Azure cloud solutions, adhering to the Azure Well-Architected Framework's core principles.
• Lead diverse Azure projects spanning migration, modernization, automation, and groundbreaking innovation, ensuring seamless alignment with business imperatives.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, and allies to envision, articulate, and deliver a visionary cloud architecture strategy.
• Explore and advocate for emerging cloud technologies to enhance the performance, scalability, availability, and security of our client's Azure ecosystem.
• Tackle intricate cloud challenges head-on, leveraging advanced tools such as Azure Monitor and Datadog to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Champion the implementation lifecycle of Azure solutions, from resource deployment to performance monitoring, ensuring meticulous documentation of outcomes.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive track record in architecting, designing, and deploying Azure cloud solutions, complemented by a solid understanding of AWS and GCP landscapes.
• Accredited Azure qualifications in Microsoft Solutions Architecture (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-800, AZ-400) to validate expertise.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like HashiCorp Terraform and/or Azure Bicep, coupled with hands-on experience in CI/CD methodologies via Azure Pipelines.
• Demonstrated aptitude in networking, security protocols, and performance optimization within live Azure environments.
• Familiarity with log collection and analysis tools, alongside a knack for leveraging infrastructure monitoring solutions for performance enhancements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, primed for engaging in high-level cloud engineering and architecture discussions.
• Versatility across Azure technologies, including API management, ServiceBus, App Services, and Functions.
• Agility in assimilating new technologies and concepts, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A curious mindset, adept problem-solving abilities, and a value-centric approach to contextualizing business needs.
• A passion for driving innovation and perpetuating a culture of continuous improvement.
