Client Relationship Manager

Our client’s product fosters partnerships and information exchange to drive a greener future for all. They are currently searching for a Client Relationship Manager to join their expanding team!
 

The Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll boost revenue activities, advancing our client’s growth in target markets. Your expertise, coupled with a passion for the environment, will establish our client as a key player in the field.

Day to day:

• Identify and foster a strategic stream of potential clients and partners.
• Manage customer enquiries, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Interact with key clients to establish regional and collective initiatives.
• Build a dynamic business pipeline across users, stakeholders, and geographical areas.
• Proactively generate leads through networking, industry gatherings, and exhibitions.
• Communicate customer insights and technological requirements to senior leadership.
• Contribute to content demonstrating client solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2:1)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident in presenting
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Enthusiasm for addressing the climate crisis (climate knowledge is a plus)
• Desirable – bid writing experience

Benefits:

• Salary up to £37,000 (dependant on experience)
