Enso Recruitment is currently working with a brand-new US FDI organisation that has recently set up in Belfast, who are currently hiring for the fantastic role of Business Systems Analyst.

This is a well-established global business that has been operating for over 60 years in the technology manufacturing and engineering sector in the US and is now setting up a new site in Belfast to focus on leading transformational programs and projects within their business.

As a Business Systems Analyst specialising in SAP P2P MM-PUR, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who will manage and support SAP. You will be responsible for configuring and architecting SAP software solutions to help to streamline the business’ current processes. You will collaborate with fellow team members and business stakeholders to determine the most efficient, cost-effective approach when it comes to utilizing hands on configuration experience in solution delivery within SAP MM-PUR and Ariba modules.

The Role

• Assist with advanced SAP MM-PU and Ariba configuration
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions and enhancements
• Analyse, design, build, test, deploy and maintain functional solutions leveraging SAP MM, Ariba B&I and other system integrations where necessary
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives and help to develop necessary product modifications
• Develop system features as per business requirements and create documentation e.g functional and technical specifications including functional designs, test cases and results
• Coordinate and lead UAT with various groups to ensure quality
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
• Act as a subject matter mention to junior mentors

The Skills

• Minimum 5+ year’s experience working SAP Systems Analyst, SAP Business Analyst or SAP Consultancy role
• Strong experience in solution design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP MM-PUR and associated modules
• Proven experience in supporting a fast-paced business, providing technical expertise, and applying best practices and leveraging core SAP platform capabilities
• Experience with Materials Planning, and Sourcing
• Experience with consignment Purchasing process
• Experience with Receiving and logistics processes and documentation
