We are excited to be working with a Brand New US FDI organisation that are setting up a number of teams here in Belfast including Business Intelligence, Software and Support teams.
As part of this we are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to execute on a variety of high-volume, data-rich processes and aid in proactive monitoring of key company operations.
You will work cross-functionally with risk operations, partner support, employee support, and other internal departments to ensure payments are processed successfully and timely. You will also be called on to identify, remediate, and/or escalate operational anomalies as part of our newly formed Mission Control function.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Become an expert in our product, configuration and backend processes
Obsess over operational, risk management, and revenue dashboards/metrics
Review and process payment files/payments in addition to reconciling user accounts
Analyze/monitor operational data/trends to mitigate risk exposure
Identify operational anomalies using data input from multiple sources
Investigate alerts and provide first-line troubleshooting to mitigate service outages
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure payment processing is completed
Report, troubleshoot, and take ownership of incidents throughout resolution
Provide on-call resource assistance with regard to incident and alert notifications
Partner with Global Operations leaders and cross-functional partners on process improvement efforts
Assist with various other operational tasks as required
Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours may be required
What You Bring to The Table:
2+ years of management experience
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, incident management, payment processing, payroll, or money movement products, processes and controls
Strong analytical ability used to identify risks and confidently raise issues, escalate early, and engage in a constructive credible challenge
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in problem-solving
Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
Strong and cross-functional communication skills
Flexible scheduling to meet needs outside normal business hour
Bonus Points for:
Auditing or quality assurance experience
An advanced degree in Information Services, Information Technology or a related field
