Enso Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our forward-thinking client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by selling SaaS products to healthcare organizations, expanding into new regions, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling into new sectors. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the healthcare industry.
Identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects within new regions for business development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our SaaS products meet the needs of healthcare clients and align with market demands.
Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Develop proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product management, to drive successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in selling SaaS products.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Package:
Base Salary - £60,000
