Enso Recruitment is proud to be working with one of Belfast’s fastest-growing IoT security starts up companies. Having been established in 2019 and grown the team to 30+ employees, they are seeking a Business Development Managerto join their team.
In this role, you will help boost their portfolio of key clients and build strategic partnerships, using your expertise to identify and execute innovative ways to qualify, engage, and close clients, whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Salary up to £70,000
Flexible working / Hybrid
25 days holiday + bank holidays
What will you do:
Build, engage with, and qualify the pipeline of prospective clients and partners in the ITS sector
Build business by negotiating, selling, and closing deals with clients
Manage the sales cycle from qualifying prospects through to closures
Relay client insight and technological requirements back to internal stakeholders
Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
What experience is a strong match:
5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience, or experience in a related field
Strong contact base/knowledge in the ITS or Innovation in Transport and Mobility field
Proven experience in identifying, formulating, and generating opportunities, and converting opportunities into projects and contracts
Demonstrable experience in delivery to transportation-focused end customers in an ITS project context
