Job Title: Intermediate Business Analyst with Guidewire Experience

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Guidewire applications.
Guidewire Expertise: Leverage your expertise in Guidewire to understand the intricacies of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and effective communication of requirements.
Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and ensure that the final solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Problem Resolution: Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Work proactively to find solutions that meet business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Guidewire applications.
Familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. Certification in Guidewire is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
Experience working in Agile environments and with Agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
