Contract; 6 months with extension

Location; Dublin /Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst contractor to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and experience working with bank regulatory reporting. This is a contract position that offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to support the development of bank reports
• Working with systems like Finrep/Corep.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Identify and document business requirements, processes, and procedures related to bank reporting
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to develop and implement reporting solutions
• Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare documentation and training materials for end users

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on bank reporting
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience working with reporting tools such as SQL and Tableau
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, economics)
