Enso Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an Agile Software Delivery Manager on behalf of on of our local clients here in NI. Our client is a leading software product house who work within the cyber security space, no previous experience working within the cyber security industry is required for this role.
This key role involves managing the entire lifecycle of software product development, from feature shaping to post-release activities. Being the agile advocate, you will manage relevant Agile ceremonies and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement. Aside from working closely with customer-focused teams, you will also work closely with UX, engineering, and business teams. Documentation related to both new and existing products and processes will be developed and improved by the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and deliver the entire software development process
Manage projects on time, within scope, and with high quality
Follow up on progress towards agreed goals by using relevant tools (Azure Devops, PlanDek).
Identify and facilitate the removal of project blockers
Foster a continuous improvement environment
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
