Out client is a rapidly expanding software development company based in Belfast. They pride themselves on innovative solutions, client-centric approach, and a dynamic team culture. Due to their continued growth, they are now hiring for Account Executives for their team.

The Role
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal part in the continued service and success of their wide range of clients. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact with dedicated accounts with a focus on client satisfaction & retention.
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate them effectively to internal teams
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure seamless client onboarding
• Proactively identify and address client concerns or challenges
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in a software or technology industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Base Salary: £25-35k Negotiable
