Customer Engagement Consultant. (SaaS)

The company provides a number of bespoke and customisable software products focusing on business and mobile workflow, as well as a range of consultancy and solutions services for a diverse client base across the UK and Ireland.
Customer Success and Engagement is crucial to the business and the company has a specific business unit to look after this key area. Due to continued growth and investment in this team there is a new opportunity for a Customer Engagement Consultant.
As this is a new and emerging business area it is difficult to distil all of the responsibilities down. The role is incredibly broad in terms of scope and responsibility. You will be working across multiple projects and dealing with a variety of internal stakeholders. You will have experience in areas of Project Management, Business Analysis, Reporting and Stakeholder Management. The overall focus though is on the customer and on providing a world class service effort. This is a fast-paced, broad and challenging role that will keep you on your toes, constantly learning and empowered to make decisions and deliver projects in your own way.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in the delivery and management of software products who is extremely customer- focused. The role is a fantastic combo of analysis, project management, consultancy, technology adoption and customer engagement. It is a really nice role for a technology professional who is commercial and results-driven but also extremely focused on providing best service.

- Degree in a Business / IT discipline
- 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- An understanding of the typical project lifecycle and the impact of change
- Technical understanding of workforce management solutions and ideally SaaS
- Strong and proven experience of balancing and prioritising a varied and ever-changing workload
