We know, we know, leaving the office for an actual workout may not be feasible, so Enso have teamed up with Madeline Lopez Yoga to deliver a workshop on how to stretch at your desk!
Desk Yoga is for anybody who spends lots of time working at a computer or sitting at a desk.
The tools and techniques of yoga can be adapted to meet you wherever you are. This workshop will help make clear the benefits of taking small and effective mindful moving and breathing breaks. We will also practice small and yet powerful practices to leave you feeling refreshed, and freer in your body.
Yoga at your desk to relieve stress and tension, open your heart, clear your mind and begin to heal the negative side-effects of desk work.
